I’d love to be considered as a tenant in your home. I’m a responsible, respectful, and clean person who values maintaining a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

I have three children (ages 12, 9, and 8). They are well-behaved, kind, and accustomed to living in shared spaces where respect, cleanliness, and consideration for others are expected.

My work requires frequent travel, so we are typically only home for 1–2 weeks at a time, and at times we may be away for 2 weeks to 2 months depending on work assignments. Because of this, we are looking for a stable, welcoming place to return to between travels.

I take pride in keeping a tidy home, paying rent on time, and being a considerate presence in any home we stay in. When we are home, we are quiet, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces and neighbors.
