Guillermo Palacios

Hey! I’m Guillermo. I work full-time and I’m pretty easygoing. Spanish is my first language, but I speak English too. Most of my time is spent working, going to the gym, or just relaxing.

I’m very responsible, especially when it comes to paying bills and keeping my commitments. Cleanliness is important to me, and I always do my part to keep shared spaces clean and organized. I also meal prep once or twice a week, so I don’t spend much time using the kitchen.

My lease ends on September 1st, so I’m looking for a place soon. I’m open to renting a room or finding an apartment with someone if it’s the right fit. I’ve been looking at some 2 bed / 2 bath apartments at Oak Hollow that are around $1,100/month, and I’d be very interested in sharing one. I also like Cottages at Nolte Farms, which is a little more expensive but looks really nice.
