Hi! My name is Erin. I’m 24 and a student at UNG, but I work in Roswell/East Cobb. I’m quiet and keep to myself and generally am just studying, cooking, reading, or I’m at class/work/volunteering. I keep common areas clean and don’t tend to have people over.
I’m looking for a place with a private bathroom and only other female occupants to live with. Length of lease is flexible for me – I graduate in December 2027 so likely sometime around then would be the latest I’d stay. I don’t have animals but am very pet friendly.
I’d like to keep it at $900 or less including utilities but can be a little flexible.
