I’m a 54yo single male. Easy going, drama free, and considerate of others. I don’t smoke or vape. I’m usually a quiet person and am comfortable doing our own things or being more social with roommates. I love pets but don’t have any of my own. I have a full time job and frequently work from home doing IT stuff. I’m looking for a new place because my previous roommate (of over 10 years) has had some financial issues, lost her home and is moving back in with her parents. The ideal place would be a larger room or a basement or at least large enough to setup a remote office. Looking anywhere from Loveland to Broomfield.
