Hi! My name is Ian, and I’m a recent graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Finance and Personal Financial Planning. I’ll be moving to Denver to start my career in wealth management and am looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate.

I’m easygoing, organized, and generally keep a pretty quiet lifestyle during the week. I enjoy skiing, hiking, exploring Denver, gaming, and spending time with friends. I’m not a big partier and appreciate a comfortable, drama-free living environment where everyone respects shared spaces and communicates well.

I’m looking for a roommate who is reliable, considerate, and financially responsible. Ideally, I’d like to live somewhere with a reasonable commute and good access to everything Denver has to offer.
