My lease was just up the start of June 2026,but I enjoy being a roommate so looking for one again starting August 2026. I can provide credit score,proof of income,rental history,but cannot afford to pay a deposit or go beyond my current budget with my other bills. I dont drive…parking wont be an issue,nor do I have kids or pets(Im just an Aunt).I usually am a bit of a homebody,love cooking my own food,watch tv,and do some philanthropy.
