Hi! I’m a friendly, easygoing professional (I run a small consulting practice) relocating within SE Portland this summer. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful of shared space, the kind of housemate who keeps a normal schedule and is just as happy to share a coffee as to give you your space.

What I’m looking for: a month-to-month room starting in early August, ideally in Woodstock, Sellwood, Eastmoreland, or Milwaukie, with a budget up to $1,100/month. I’m in a transition period and want month-to-month flexibility for a few months (roughly August through October) before moving into my own place this fall, so I’d be a reliable, drama-free housemate for the medium term, not a quick in-and-out.

The most important thing to mention: I have a dog, Biscuit; a mellow, 10-year-old, 55 lb goldendoodle, and honestly the easiest dog you’ll meet. She’s fully house-trained, doesn’t bark, and is great with other dogs. As a calm senior, she’s low-energy and not destructive, and she’d thrive in a home with people who enjoy a sweet, gentle dog around. Happy to arrange a meet-and-greet so you can see for yourselves.
