I am respectful, quiet and hard working. I do not drink and no drugs. Drama free as well. When I am home usually you will find me play video games or watching something on Amazon Prime. When I am out and about usually either fishing, kayaking, trying to be better at the gym or trying a new restaurant. I am looking for either a private basement or room with own bathroom. No pets here, likely to keep to myself, occasionally will have a friend or two but otherwise pretty quiet. I work in healthcare and been doing so for over 15 years. I do have a reference and can provide proof of paying rent on time or early.
