I am a homeowner looking to rent a room close to Manteca to be closer to my Girlfriend and family. I would be with her most of the time but would like a place to store an extra vehicle or maybe work from home a day or 2 a week. I own my own place in Discovery Bay that I would also spend time at on some weekends. I have a daughter that lives out of state comes a couple times a year usually on holidays. I am employed, respectful, handy and have owned 3 different homes over the past 30+ years.
