Hi! My name is Caroline, and I am a full-time legal professional working remotely for a California law firm. I am originally from Scotland and have lived in Southern California for several years.

I am looking for a long-term home in the Encinitas, Leucadia, Carlsbad, or Solana Beach area and would love to find a peaceful, respectful living environment with like-minded people.

My lifestyle is very quiet, low-key, and drama-free. I work Monday through Friday from home, spend most of my day typing on my laptop, and rarely take phone calls. Outside of work, I enjoy walking by the beach, Pilates, reading, personal growth, exploring Southern California, history, travel, spirituality, and spending time with my dog.

Most weekends are spent doing simple things such as going for walks, relaxing by the pool, catching up on errands, meal prepping, visiting friends, exploring local neighborhoods, or spending time outdoors.

No criminal history, extremely trustworthy and very honest. Prefer a clean, calm environment and happy to keep to myself as well as be sociable. I don’t spend a lot of time cooking and usually order in weekly meals or snack. I love lots of natural light and modern, minimalist spaces. I clean as I go but also happy to contribute to reasonable professional cleaning services per month.

I have stated a move in date of September, I can move in earlier at the beginning of August however my mum will be visiting end of August, I will be going to Hawaii and then coming home and going to Nashville for vacation, as a head up of my schedule.
