Looking for a roommate for an apartment in Oak Park starting Spring 2027!

About me: I’m a social worker in my 20s working a typical Monday–Friday schedule. I’m fairly busy, but when I’m home I enjoy reading, crocheting, movie nights, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with friends. I’d love a roommate who is friendly and open to the occasional movie night or shared meal, while still respecting each other’s independence and personal space.

I’m looking for a woman or non-binary roommate who is LGBTQ+ friendly (queer is a plus!) and interested in creating a comfortable, respectful home environment.

Some things that are important to me: • Clear, direct communication • Keeping shared spaces reasonably clean • Respecting quiet hours on work nights • Giving each other a heads-up about guests • Paying rent and utilities reliably and on time

I have a cat named Cali, so any roommate would need to be comfortable living with a cat. She has lived as an only pet and would need to remain the only cat in the household.
