For example, I am looking at 1 property and the price on the direct website is $3800 for a 2bed. But apartment locators have the same unit/building listed on Craigslist for $3300. This is true for a few buldings. Are all the ads on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace a scam? Is the direct buildings website the only source of truth?
