Hi! I’m Isabel, 26, and I’ll be relocating to Ventura in September. I’m looking for a roommate who would be interested in finding and leasing a new place together!

I work full-time, have a stable income, a good credit score, and can provide references if needed. I’m clean, responsible, respectful, and easygoing. I value open communication, keeping shared spaces clean, and creating a comfortable, drama-free home environment.

I have two well-behaved indoor cats who are litter-trained, friendly, and have never caused any damage. They’re very social and enjoy spending time in the common areas, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable sharing those spaces with them.

I’m also very family-oriented and would like a living situation where occasional guests are welcome while still being respectful of each other’s space and house rules.
