A Quiet, Reliable Routine: I work remotely, hit the gym several times a week, and I am not an early riser—meaning you won’t hear me clattering around the kitchen making noise at 6:00 a.m. When I am off the clock, I usually relax by doing hands-on car maintenance, watching action and sci-fi movies, or cooking dinner.
