Hi! My name is Evan. I’m an incoming MA student at CSULB, currently living in San Francisco and planning to move to Long Beach around August 1.

I’m looking for a private room in a clean, stable, quiet-ish home with good transit access to campus. I won’t have a car, so being near a direct bus route to CSULB is important to me.

As a roommate, I’m friendly, respectful, and easygoing, but pretty low-key during the week. My schedule will mostly revolve around classes, studying, work, and the gym. I’m clean in shared spaces, good about dishes/trash, and I try to be considerate of other people’s routines.

I’m not looking for a party house. I don’t smoke, don’t use drugs, don’t have pets, and don’t usually have guests over often. I’m totally fine with pets already in the home.

My interests include philosophy, reading, fitness, movies, coffee shops, and exploring new areas. I’d love to find a place that feels friendly and comfortable while still being a good environment for grad school.
