I have perfect roommate for you! His name is Glen Fernandez . Glen is my friend and my current roommate/tenant. Im selling my house and so I’m helping Glen find a suitable place. Glen has been with me 2 and 1/2 years. Glen is 55 years old and he is a HR Mgr working 12-14 hour days in Farmingdale. Glen is only in NY Farmingdale 4 nights a week and commutes to his own primary residence in another state on weekends. Glen is really easy going. He never ask for anything and is always very grateful! Easy to please! He is neat, clean and organized. I highly recommend him. He is the best roommate/tennant as he’s never home lol
