Hello! My name is Joel. I am a full-time construction worker currently working in Fairfax/Cedar Rapids. I am a quiet, respectful, and responsible person. I do not smoke, do not drink, and do not use drugs. Most of my time is spent working, exercising, or resting.

I am looking for a clean and comfortable room to rent. I always pay my bills on time, keep shared spaces clean, and respect other people’s privacy and property. I am easy to get along with and looking for a peaceful place to stay while I work in the area.
