Octavious

Hi, I’m Octavious. I’m post divorce in the process of selling my house. Been looking to live by myself, but it’s so expensive for a somewhat quality place. I work full time M-F and one weekend a month from 8-4:30 typically. I may go out once a week on the weekend and stay out past 10pm. During the week I’m very structured with waking up at 5:30am and heading to bed by 10pm. I’m currently taking online classes to become a physical therapist assistant by the end of 2028. I’m quiet and keep to myself mostly, but sometimes I get chatty and social. I’m very respectful of everyone’s space and property. I enjoy cooking and usually meal prep each week my lunches and sometimes dinners. I do have a cat who needs to move with me. He is a 6 year old orange boy who is very nice, just it will take him time to become accustomed to a new place. He is indoors only. And yes I’m clean and organized and willing to put in work around the house indoors and outdoors. I am pretty handy at fixing things also.
