Hi! I’m looking for a place for myself and can move in anywhere from July 1st onward. Ideally would love to stay in the Logan Square/Avondale area, but I’m open to other neighborhoods, hopefully on the northwest side :)

I’m a therapist who sometimes works from home but typically goes into the office in the evenings. I have a 12 year old indoor-only cat who is the cutest and spunkiest girl, but she is unfortunately bad with other cats :( She has lived with a dog for the past 4 years, so we’re open to dogs (especially more chill ones!). She’s a hunter though, so other pets like birds and rodents won’t be a good fit. I love reality tv, movies, music, going on walks, video games, puzzles, talking, and going to local shops! I’m Puerto Rican and speak Spanish as well.

For chores/community spaces, I think communication and consideration are crucial. While I like a tidy space, a little clutter can be cozy! Delegated chores would be ideal. I want a home that feels safe and comfortable :)
