Hello! I am a professional working in South Salinas. I am looking for a room, studio, garage apartment, ADU, etc. It will only be me and my two dogs. I walk my dogs 3 times a day, so both are very well house-trained. I am a quiet person, both during weekends and evenings, I do not smoke, drink, or “party.” I do cook, but can use crock pot, toaster oven or hot plate if no stove is available. I own a car and basic furniture, but I already keep a lot of things in a rented storage unit. I would really prefer to have access to a washer/dryer if possible.
