I’m a full time student at NCCU studying music. I keep my space clean and always pick up after myself. I’m considerate of others and care about maintaining a positive/safe environment. I make it a priority to communicate anything important in advance and be respectful of shared spaces. Because of my school and work commitments, I usually have a pretty regular routine. I’m generally gone all day and don’t bring people over often. Overall, I’m responsible, respectful, and won’t really be around that much.
