I’m an entrepreneur considering making Tampa my home. Before committing to a long-term lease, I want to spend some time getting to know the city, the neighborhoods, and the community, which is why renting a room feels like the right fit for now.

At this stage, I’m focused on learning, personal growth, and building what’s next. I spend much of my time at home researching, developing new ideas, and laying the foundation for my next venture. I’m financially responsible, always pay my rent and bills on time, and take pride in being dependable and trustworthy.

I’m a considerate, respectful, and easygoing person who values a clean, peaceful living environment. I respect others’ space and routines, communicate openly, and genuinely appreciate living with people who are thoughtful and respectful as well. I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home while I explore whether Tampa is the right long-term fit for me.
