I’m starting my MA in Clinical Mental Health with Art Therapy focus. I would like to rent a room until I graduate. I love fine arts, media arts, literary arts, and performance art. Lately, I’ve been exploring more of nature. Bonus if I’m able to be near a trail or park. I clean up after myself. I am drug and alcohol free. Very rarely, next to never, would I’d like to have company over and would notify in advance. As of currently, I’m just looking for now, however I do plan to move sometime this year.

I do have a car and would need off-street parking. Ideally I would like a private bathroom, but I am open to sharing.

I have an ESA cat. He is very friendly, though shy at first. He is trained not to jump on counters or tables. With proper introduction, he can get along fine with another cat or dog, as he has befriended another dog and cat in the past.
