I actually enjoy doing dishes (and cooking), so if that’s a chore that needs covering I’d be happy to take it. I also don’t make much noise and won’t care about people being over so long as I have a space to hide out if needed. I can also help supervise any pets or children if needed- I grew up the oldest in a large family and know what to do if I need to pet or babysit. I’m moving somewhat unexpectedly from Texas so I’ll be staying with a friend until I have a steady income. And if we’re cosigning a lease, I won’t be able to do so until the beginning of August at the earliest.
