I’m 23 and work as a consultant, so I spend most weekdays working, going to the gym, or out with friends. I’m pretty easygoing, respectful, and generally keep to myself during the week.

I like to keep common areas clean, am reliable when it comes to rent and bills, and believe good communication solves most roommate issues before they become problems. I’m social and always happy to chat or hang out occasionally, but I also respect people’s space and independence.
