Marshal genius

My name is Marshal. I am a hardworking, respectful, and responsible person who values a clean and peaceful living environment. I work second shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), so I am usually out during the evenings and spend most mornings resting.

I am organized, tidy, and easy to get along with. I don’t cook very often, other than occasionally making smoothies, so I tend to keep shared spaces clean and uncluttered.

I am currently going through a divorce and am looking for a stable, comfortable place to live. I have a 5-year-old son who visits me on Fridays and Saturdays when I am off work. He is a well-behaved, respectful child, and we are usually out and about during our time together. When he does visit, he is quiet and causes no issues.

I am simply looking for a safe place to call home and would be a considerate, reliable roommate who respects both the property and the people living there.
