We are looking for two bedrooms in a home located in the Portola Springs area. We are comfortable sharing the house with other tenants and are happy to follow house rules. About Us:
We are a family of three. Most of the time, only our child will be at home during the day. My husband and I usually leave around 10:00 AM and return around 10:00 PM. My husband occasionally works late and may not return until around 3:00 AM. Because of our schedules, the house is typically very quiet, and we spend little time in common areas except on Sundays. Our child, Minzhi, is quiet and introverted. They usually stay in their room, focus on school, and do not disturb others. We do not have any pets, but we are not allergic to pets and are comfortable living in a pet-friendly home. We speak Chinese and are respectful, clean, and responsible tenants. We are looking for a comfortable and peaceful living environment and will treat the home with care.
