I am looking for a private 1 bedroom apartment,NO carpet, with a little fenced yard , washer dryer, in a quiet friendly neighborhood where l can walk my kitty, he is leashed trained. My credit score is great .. I would like a nice kitchen with lots of cabinets and counters. I am very quiet, health conscious and need landlords who are there for repairs and emergencies. Minimum 700 square feet. An extra room would be great and l am willing to pay a little more for that. No smoking, drugs., drinking. I am a quality tenant. Thank you !
