I highly value respect, honesty, and clear communication in a shared space. I’m currently a full-time student finishing up my BA in Psychology with the goal of becoming an addiction therapist! Because I’m focused on school, my parents are covering my rent—meaning you’ll never have to worry about late payments (I also have a 770 credit score to back up my financial track record).

I’m very proactive about keeping common areas clean and always do my fair share of the house chores. Socially, I’m a great mix of outgoing and independent; I’m happy doing my own thing, but I always appreciate it when housemates pull me into social activities, too.
