Well the most important thing I believe is that my rent can be paid by direct deposit on the 3rd of every month my SSD benefits post at 10pm on the 2nd of every month so my rent will be paid B4 any and everything else …#2 I’m 62 been there done that and I keep to myself don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink or the oven stove top or microwave thrashed after I cook etc I clean as I cook or sometimes I even cook as I clean …I’m amicable and in the right place at the right thing either hhr right person I would give. Thcm and have literally given others the shirt off my back …and I’m a bit eccentric and I’m grateful for every minute hour day breath I take a d gratitude with clarity is my mantra …Strong faith church and program are s must got me and the most important thing in my life always has been is my faith and this gratitude after 62 years of life I enjoy having roommates that are also dependable respectful and reasonable …and eith hhf price of rent these days getting or having a couple 2 3 roommates is😀a very good thing for old folks like me that are in a fixed income
