!Hi My name is Reinier , I’m 19 years old and currently a student in San Diego. I’m respectful, clean, and easy to live with — I keep to myself but I’m also friendly and happy to hang out if that’s the vibe of the house.

I have a dog who is well-behaved, house-trained, and great with people. He’s calm indoors and I make sure he’s walked and taken care of so he won’t be a disturbance to roommates or neighbors.

As a student, I keep a pretty consistent schedule between classes and studying, so I’m usually quiet during the week. I’m responsible with rent and bills, and I treat shared spaces with care — I clean up after myself and respect everyone’s space.

I’m looking for a place where I can settle in, be a good roommate, and hopefully build a comfortable home with people who are easygoing and respectful too. Happy to answer any questions or set up a time to meet in person (with my dog, of course!).
