Keaton

Hey, I’m Keaton, 23, and moving to Dallas to start work as an Associate Software Consultant. I’m looking for another guy to room with and lease a 2x2 in Uptown or Knox-Henderson.

My expected move-in date is around September 1st. I’ll be working primarily in-office and will likely be traveling occasionally for work.

Outside of work, I enjoy working out, watching sports, going out with friends, trying new restaurants and bars, and exploring the city. I’m hoping to make the most of living in Dallas and would love to live with someone who’s social, active, and enjoys getting out on weekends.

I’m clean, respectful, financially responsible, and easy to get along with. I’m looking for another young professional who keeps common areas clean, communicates well, and wants a good roommate relationship—not just someone to split rent with.

My budget is around $1,600 per person. I’m completely fine with guests as well.
