Very clean but not OCD, quiet, I go out but usually home at a decent time. Happy to make a friend or do our own thing, be cordial with each other. Easy going, busy schedule, I work part-time at a school and also from home part-time. I am a gym goer, walker, foodie, creative, friendly, and more. I’ll be returning to SF after 10 years in NYC 🤪😁 I can probably go up to $1300 per month. If you have flexibility on the length of time for staying, that would be great, but I’m willing to commit to 12 months if needed.
