I am friendly, cool, smart and have common sense; Neat and clean, organized, quiet, mind my business, drama-free, stress-free, healthy, no kids, no pets, don’t drink, dont smoke. Lived with my bff/college roommate for 5 years and we’re still bffs, which says a lot. Need somewhere to seamlessly come and go, and be able to work, shower, and sleep peacefully. Cannot deal with previous or current pest issues of any kind.
