Fred Runco

Overview: My name is Fred. I am looking to rent a room. I am a very young 71 and expect to rent the room for at least 6 months, possibly longer.

I am single, highly educated, and semi-retired in Aerospace and Defense. I am easy-going with no drama. I will keep to myself most of the time. I work long hours in venture capital and watch football and movies in my room. We can watch some entertainment together if you’re interested. I am very flexible with schedules and can eat, wash, and do laundry when space is available. I prefer a dedicated bathroom, but it is not essential. I don’t play loud music and will be a great housemate. I have several questions and look forward to meeting you.
