I’m just looking for someone to take over my half of the lease! I’ve found a better place to stay closer to my job and school! Especially with gas prices right now, its a score for me. But I can’t move out without finding someone to take over for me ! My roommate is very chill, she’s 21 years old and works openings, goes to bed early, and spends most nights at her friends house. She’s very serious about her alone time, so trust me when I say she will keep to herself! If youre looking for a social roommate, she definitely has her moments! But she might not be the best pick for that. If you’re looking for someone to keep to themselves and be quiet, shes definitely the perfect person for the job! The apartment is Beau Rivage, they’re really nice and right by the river! Your half of rent would be $727, you get your own bathroom, and get most of the shared space to yourself since my roommate would rather be in her room LOL I’m looking for someone to move in by the end of the month preferably! I know its short notice but I just wanna start moving as soon as possible before it gets to hot out and is a miserable process for me 😭 Apartment is pet friendly! And are very nice and clean. The lease is for a year!
