Hey! I’m 25 and looking for a chill, respectful place in Fort Collins while I get settled into my next chapter.

I recently stepped away from CSU and am currently job hunting, so I’m usually out applying, interviewing, biking around town, or working on creative projects. I’m into history, architecture, gaming, animals, variety of music, and reading and occasionally doing art. I like to cook, “family meal” if possible would be fun once a week or so if budgeted for. :)

I am pretty independent. I wash my dishes, clean up after myself, and appreciate roommates who do the same, especially if we share appliances and spaces. I like a home that’s relaxed and low-drama rather than a party house.

I’m totally fine with guests and partners coming over as long as everyone communicates and nobody accidentally becomes a additional roommate.

I prefer keeping groceries separate, but I’m always happy to share spices, condiments, or cook together once in a while. Stuff like toilet paper, laundry stuff, cleaning supplies (general), etc, needs to be shared in my opinion.

LGBTQ+ and cannabis friendly. Looking for roommates who pay bills on time, communicate like adults, and respect shared spaces. Whether we end up friends or just good roommates, I’m good with either.
