Hi, I’m a former entrepreneur in Long Beach for a decade. My business went under and it’s taking me a bit to get back on my feet. I’m currently on my 2nd semester at a CSU in an MBA in Finance graduate program. My undergrad is CSULB and plan to get my double Master’s and go back to CSULB to get my 2nd masters after I’m done with my MBA.

I lost everything, including a penthouse in Belmont Heights overlooking the ocean, 3 cars, and my retirement. I’m going back to school to change careers and do something in Finance, business, or banking. I need a place to live to finish my MBA school, which is completely online at the CSU I attend. I just need a room, Internet connection, and cool, easygoing roomates that understand my situation.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t smoke weed. I don’t do drugs. I’m sober and just an. an older dude trying to get my life going again. I don’t go to bars. I don’t go out. I live a healthy life. I’m also Sicilian and cook Italian food from scratch at least once a month, which my roomates appreciate. Help buy ingredients , and I’ll cook for us all.

I am an intermittent faster and cook almost all of my own meals. I work out several days a week at the gym and like to go for walks and run.

I don’t have a girlfriend or friends. My journey right now is finishing school and creating a new career. That’s it. All my focus is on that.
