I’m relocating from California to Rosedale Queens next month for a new job offer as a teacher I accepted! I’m hoping to find a place in forest hills, kew gardens, Rosedale area or somewhere closer to Rosedale. I am very tidy, will be very busy so you won’t really see me at home much, don’t smoke, don’t drink, won’t have guests coming over much, and I’m very communicative. I will have a guarantor to help me sign a lease. I also love to play video games, watch anime, and hang out when I have free time. I’m also down to connect with others since this will be my first time in the area!
