Hi, I’m LJ. I’m a writer and life coach relocating to Chattanooga and looking for a safe, peaceful, dog-friendly place to land while I start my next chapter.

I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I work primarily online, keep a consistent routine, and value open communication, mutual respect, and a calm home environment. I’m not looking for a party house—I’m looking for something stable, friendly, and drama-free.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, hiking, and collecting vinyl records. I’m excited to explore Chattanooga’s trails and outdoor community.

I do have two well-behaved dogs, so a pet-friendly home is essential. Both are ESA-certified, crate-trained, and stay in their crates when I’m away. They’re a big part of my life and come with excellent house manners.

I’m open to a room, guest house, efficiency, sublet, or month-to-month arrangement.
