Hi! I have no pets, no kids, don’t smoke green these days but am great with people who do, have a squeaky clean background, am very supportive of all LGBTQ+ individuals and all races, have valid/legal identification, don’t smoke cigarettes but am ok if you do, and am an open book if you have any specific questions for me. I need a room to rent out in either the Berkshire Creekside Apartments, Avenues at Creekside, or Riverhaus Creekside. I will keep to myself and not bother you, and I am a very clean and organized person. I’m also very kind and friendly and non-threatening. I just don’t want a whole apartment for myself, as I’m rarely home during the day and work a lot. I’ll split utilities and WiFi or other bills with you. The reason I need a room in one of these specific areas is because I don’t have a car and just got a new job in the Creekside Town Center that I want to be able to walk to easily in this summer heat. I can stay just a few months, or indefinitely—I really have no rush to move any time soon. I’ll most likely be picking up a third job at Texas Roadhouse as a waitress (interview on Monday). I just moved here from San Antonio a few days ago after finalizing my divorce after a 6-month separation from my ex-husband, and only have a couch to crash on for another week (my parents are moving to a new spot—I got here a little early to help them with their move), so need a place soon. I start the job in Creekside area this Sunday. As far as price, a range between $500-$600 / month would be great, but we can negotiate. I rarely cook and will likely not chill in living room or shared areas unless you want me to haha. I would prefer to live with another female(s), but would be open to a male roommate if the vibes are safe. Thank you!
