So far, it is just me looking for a room. I actually own a house in Weaverville, Ca. However, after living there for 6 years, I had to admit, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was WAY TOO MUCH house to maintain by myself. I also am not a handyman, and the upkeep on that big of a house is never ending. So, I decided to rent the house out, and ended up in Redding, Ca. I work as a caregiver, and get to set my own schedule, as well as my income, so I am quite flexible that way. My main income is from a family trust fund, so if I ever lose a client, or otherwise somehow become unemployed, I will STILL have that money to fall back on. However, there IS one downside of that money. That payment, is consistently deposited into my checking account every 30 days, like clock-work. BUT, it arrives in my account on the 15th of each month. That date is unusual, and a new development, which I don’t care for, but it was the bank’s doing, and I can’t change it. Other than that, I have only positive things in my mind, and tend to keep it that way. I look forward to meeting people, and I hope I am a good fit for your place. Thank you for your consideration.
