Hello! I am an early 40’s male looking for a room to rent, I would prefer a month-to-month lease. I am an electrician working in Sparks, NV and would prefer to stay close to that area.

•Currently working 6 days (M-Sat)/wk, 58 hrs, morning shifts from 6am-4:30pm. Although this may change to longer hours or night shift. •I do not smoke, do drugs, or drink heavily. Just an occasional beer. •I mostly keep to myself, enjoy playing computer games, and trying new foods. •The room can be furnished or unfurnished. •I have no problems sharing a bathroom. •I don’t mind if you have pets •I can move in as early as June 18th, 2026 •My max rent is $900, including utilities •My wife will be the initial contact person, the reception at the jobsite isn’t that great. She will then contact me with your info. Wife will not be living with me
