I consider myself a respectful, responsible, and easygoing person to live with. I value cleanliness, common sense, and being considerate of those around me. I currently own three businesses, and while business has been slower recently, I’m looking to rent a room rather than take on the expense of a place of my own at this time. I also have a friendly, well-trained female Golden Retriever who is great with people and very well behaved. I currently rent from a homeowner in her 60s, but she has decided to downsize her home, which is why I am searching for a new place to live. For additional peace of mind, the current homeowner has offered to continue watching my dog whenever I travel for work. I occasionally leave for a few days at a time to film destination weddings and other videography projects, so my dog is always well cared for while I’m away. I’m honest and dependable, I’m looking for a comfortable living situation with good people that also love dogs. I have TSA pre check, Global entry card, and am a Insurance Broker, which all 3 make you do extensive back ground checks. I’d be happy to answer any questions and provide references if needed.
