Hi everyone! My name is Sasha and I am looking for a roommate! I’m 22 and a teacher and I’m friendly, respectful, and like to live in a very clean space! I like to be friends with my roommates with but also love my alone time. I love having a friend over or a small get together but would always communicate first and ask that my roommate does the same! I’m also very liberal and would love to share the same core values as a roommate.

I am looking for a place in West Philly/University City area, right near Clark Park with a July 1st move in. I have toured a few good places and will continue looking. My budget is around $800/mo, I’m open to up to $900 including utilities.
