Hi! I’m an 18-year-old entrepreneur who works remotely, so I’m usually focused on work, creative projects, or exploring the city. I’m clean, respectful, financially responsible, and easy to live with. I don’t throw parties, create drama, or bring chaos into the home. Most of my time is spent working, shopping, exploring New York, or relaxing.

I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful living environment with people who value communication, cleanliness, and mutual consideration.
