Hi everyone, I am currently looking to join a new or existing lease with female roommates. I am also interested in connecting with other girls who are looking to apartment or house hunt together. Ideally, I would love to find roommates who are in their mid-20s and are looking for housing around the same timeline.

I am hoping to have my own room and bathroom. My budget for my portion of rent is around $1,300-$1,800. My move-in date is July 1st. In-unit laundry is also a must for me.

A little about me: • 25-year-old graduate student • I’m very clean and respectful • I enjoy cooking, crafting, reading, going out with friends, and trying new restaurants and bars • Non-smoker and would prefer living with someone who does not smoke or smoke in communal spaces • I have lived with roommates before and understand how to live in a shared space

I would also love to live with someone who is open to being friends. I enjoy hanging out, relaxing on the couch, and debriefing our days, but I also really value having time to recharge on my own. However, if you prefer to keep things more cordial and separate, that is completely fine and not a deal breaker for me.
