I probably wouldnt be great to live there,but my wife and I are only waiting for formalities to take shape,she will keep the home,I will look for home to buy as soon as things become final,we both still live in home,but its very depressing to me,I think its best for both if I move into a temporary place,and wait for smoke to clear,401k split,other financial splits that take time,but agreed upon,I need one month to make arrangements to start over,maybe 2 months before things are final. After which I will be looking to purchase house for cash to stay debt free.I am currently singing for BobSeger Tribute band for past 14 years,took early retirement at 62,not seeing divorce yet,and I need to make a happy place to rest and regroup.I dont drink,or drugs,and will not smoke in or around premises.
