Northern Cali resident looking to move to Los Angeles in September 2026. Would prefer to land in West Hollywood, East Hollywood, Koreatown or potentially Silver Lake.

Looking for a roommate that would like to split rent/utilities in half on a two bedroom apartment. Would prefer to team up and find a place together, but I’m open to potentially moving in if you’ve already got a place.

I currently work as a Personal Banker and plan to transfer within the same company that I currently work for and continue in the same role, so I typically work pretty average Mon-Fri 9-5 type hours. No kids. I have a cat that is pretty friendly with people but does not do well with dogs at all.

I’m also a part-time podcaster and content creator, so I may be recording on weekends!
