Military Reserve nurse with stable income seeking a clean, well-maintained long-term living arrangement. Ideally, I am looking for a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (such as a master suite), secure locks, good closet space, and a home that is well cared for, comfortable, and welcoming.

I value cleanliness, privacy, and a peaceful living environment. Due to the nature of my military career, I cannot be around marijuana use or secondhand smoke. I also tend to run warm at night and generally prefer a cooler indoor temperature during the spring and summer months.

I’ve been vegan for over four years, do not smoke, am drug-free, and generally keep to myself. I am respectful of shared spaces, reliable with rent payments, and looking for a place I can comfortably call home for the next 6–12 months or longer.

I do use the kitchen regularly for coffee, breakfast, and preparing meals, and I take pride in cleaning up thoroughly after myself. I appreciate households that value cleanliness and keeping common areas well maintained.
